Smoothie saviour!

Smoothies for me are the brand new saviours of fitness. There is no doubt that getting more fruit and veg into my diet has never been easier! I must remember to rid myself of fried food. After days of eating well I had a battered onion ring. Never again, I felt nasty.

New beginnings

I am finally getting up at the right time for my workouts. It's been a long time coming. Now I will be attempting a week of pure clean eating. No crap. I am looking forward to it but have my reservations. Willpower is not my strong point. Yet.

All work, no play.

Work certainly can feed the soul but maybe not your health so much? Being a florist doesn't help. I had an early wedding today so was in at 6am and didn't manage to finish until 10am! And that was only half of it... So today was a miss, but I still stayed away from caffeine (Yay) so I will simply have a longer workout tomorrow.

Insane

Well I managed the Insanity workout yesterday which was amazing and terrifying at the same time!! But I can feel it will be worth it!! Major buns on the way! Kettlercise was today and I continue to feel the burn, always a good sign!

Pumped

Great! The initial pain has eased, all is well with my world again!! But now there are no excuses. Eating better has been going well, and must admit I feel energetic. That is a nice first. So begins my insanity workout tomorrow, can't wait! Note to me: Must continue Kettlercise, pain is good!

Easter

Well yesterday was great! I threw on my trainers and gym pants and managed 20 mins of kettlercise!! But today I am paying for it... I love the pain feeling but at work (and with far too many choccy temptations) my body is bumbling around. Haha! On to round two!

It's Personal

Okay this is it! Time to break out the dumbbells and get going because your nearly thirty and honestly couldn't run to save your life... Fitness must improve. Not too bad today I have eaten well but slipped up with that sneaky portion of chips (oops) but at least it's a start! And hey not a single soda can in sight, that is the most amazing part!
