Marami pong Salamat Lola Me! We love you so much!

Who would have ever thought that the night before my wedding, at around 8 PM, my grandmother would die? I couldn't describe how I felt last Friday night. I was so excited about my wedding for the next day but things changed suddenly that night when my grandmother breathed her last. It was really a very painful experience. Grieving for a grandmother and celebrating a wedding at the same time?

Pregnant bride!

Please don't get me wrong. I don't promote premarital sex or pregnancy before wedding. It just worked well for me. My parents easily accepted our situation. It also felt so good when our Baby Bunchoy moved in my tummy while we were at the altar exchanging our marriage vows. I'm sure our baby heard our promises for each other.

Baguio City Public Market

It always seems to be a must for visitors from the lowland areas to visit the Baguio Public Market before leaving the city. The market is located right at the lower end of Session Road and behind the Maharlika Center. It is here where they buy different souvenirs typical of Baguio.

Straberry picking

The Strawberry Farm also produces other fruits and vegetables, but most people just go to pick strawberries. They say that this farm has the best sunset view in La Trinidad Valley.

Panagbenga Festival

The festival includes floats that are decorated with flowers not unlike those used in Pasadena's Rose Parade. The festival also includes street dancing, presented by dancers clad in flower-inspired costumes, that is inspired by the Bendian, an Ibaloi dance of celebration that came from the Cordillera region.
