new to this

i've been told that journalling is good for people who have too much going on in their heads. i guess that is the category that i fall into. i live in a sea of my thoughts. they swim in circles around my head like they're lost, but they never find their way out. i feel like i really want this to stick. i feel like i want journalling or diary writing to alleviate some of these stressors coming from my abundance of thoughts. pencil and paper didn't stick. it felt unnatural and forced. i actuall...
