No 5. Kuwait from my room

@Kuwait. This was a first timer trip. First time in a Boeing 747, first time working in business class and first time in the Middle East! I had a lovely team and passengers were really friendly. One of the cling-ons was great! I will never forget his Kirr Royals and his support to go back into science (XD). At night we went for dinner to the Souk (the market) and had super tasty bread and kebab (I ate a entire basket of bread! Promised to never do it again, felt sick afterwards). My score for...

No 3. Sunset and River walk near Dondaemun

@Seoul, S. Korea. 2nd day in Seoul. I went to Namdaemun market, Myeong Dong, Dongdaemun market and back to the hotel. I was surprised with the Dongdaemun area. There were a lot of shopping malls and little markets (nothing compared to the amazing Myeong Dong) but definetely worth a visit. Also, I discovered this mini river! It was really pretty. I arrived just before sunset, the weather was hot (33 degrees!) and people gathered to refresh themselves. There was also some karaoke event going on...

No 3. Ediya Coffee Shop :3

@Seoul, S. Korea I love this coffee shop! They had soooo many flavours of coffees, flatccinos (have no idea what it is but tastes good, some sort of frapuccino), milkshakes, etc. From natural yogurt to taro,... My paradise. I love Seoul :3 So many cute bakeries and coffee shops. I probably gained 2kgs during my (2 day) stay in Seoul haha. Is a dangerous place. In the pic I am drinking a GREEN TEA YOGURT FLATCCINO... ~ *-*

No 3. Somewhere in Seoul.

@Seoul, S. Korea. I took this picture on my second day when I was doing some tourism on my own (T-T). It may be somewhere near Myeong Dong, I cannot remember! Basically, Seoul streets look like that :)

No 3. Sheraton Hotel, Incheon

@Incheon, S. Korea. The small building (right) was our hotel (I think, I can't remember haha). Anyway, that was the area where we stayed. We arrived in the morning 12pm (instead of 8am), after a 3h delay at Heathrow. I was so tired when I entered my room that did not have the energy to take pics (I will next time!). It was a beautiful room. This time I got two double beds (I am more than happy with one single bed lol) and the bathroom was huge!!! TV wasn't great, only had two channels worth w...

No 2. Feeding Giraffes!

@Nairobi, Kenya. We were given some giraffe food and we could feed them. It was fun! Some people put the food in their mouth and moth fed them... that was a bit.. disgusting!

No 2. The giraffe has the same look as my sister!

@Nairobi, Kenya. HAHAHA! When I looked at the giraffe's glance... I couldn't help but laugh! My sister has the exact same look. That one that says: what are you looking at?

No 2. The Elephant Orphanage

@Nairobi, Kenya. My second trip was Kenya! Overall the trip was really tiring. We left early afternoon and I arrived around 10pm. Not long ago there was a fire in Nairobi Airport that destroyed the International Arrivals/Departures hall. By the time we arrived, they sort of 'solved' the problem by putting tents (check in tent, security tent, duty-free tent) it was really hilarious! Also impressive, taking into account the little resources they had they managed to maintain a smooth traffic in...

No 1. Hamilton (Bermuda)

As you all can clearly see... it was rainy, stormy, humid... -_-X I liked Hamilton. Very colourful houses, funny people (old men wearing bermuda shorts as a suit!) and beautiful coast. The town was really small, not many shops or places to eat but it was picturesque. There was another town, north of Hamilton, supposedly to be more popular (something George?) and the historical centre of Bermuda, but due to the lack of time (we were flying back to London that evening) I couldn't visit it (defo...

No 1. Bermuda

After having visited Hamilton (one of the biggest... towns? in Bermuda) we came back to the hotel by ferry. The weather that way was stormy and it was rainy heavily during the entire day! Nevertheless, the view was beautiful :) and managed to get some good photographs.

Every journey is different

No matter how many times have you been to the same place, every time is a different experience. It is more about about the people you encounter, rather than the place.

No 1. Bermuda Hotel

Arriving at the hotel was a relief. We arrived late evening and I must say, the hotel room was AMAZING! Private beach and free breakfast buffet (I never ate that much in my life!).

No 1. Bermuda

It was my first flight ever. Report in the morning, I arrived earlier and had a coffee a Starbucks. I was so nervous! Where to report? Briefing? Position? Passengers? Team? AGH! I arrived to the briefing room and there were some people of my team already there. I must say I had a lovely team (lucky me!) and my manager was really sweet and caring. After answering the scary SEP question (>_<) we all left to Gatwick. I worked as n7 and had a lot of bad luck. A woman started panicking during take...

Welcome to the Circus

@Wonderground, London. "Limbo" was spectacular. Definetely a 'must see'. The scary contorsionist, the charming African dancer, the handsome French singer and the hot Asian acrobat. Good combination! Without forgetting the Lady of Fire and Swords and the Angel :) Another important discovery I made that day: EAT frozen yogurt is delicious!

Italian is too plain for East Asians!

I discovered that Italian flavours (or rather the lack of it) is not the favourite among South East Asia :p Risotto with loads of (added) pepper to try give it some flavour!

Elfira's First Night in London

@ Piccadilly Circus. My sweet Elfira came to London! In her first night we went to Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown. She loved it! Although we were both exhausted, somehow we managed to keep awake and even see the riverside at night!
