Your content is yours
You own everything you write and upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you and the people you choose to share with.
Accounts
You must be at least 13. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep paid features until the end of the paid period. Purchased at diary.com. Charges appear on your statement as Names.com - AZ.ai. Diary.com is a Names.com company. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund.
AI features
Life Twin is an AI. It can be wrong, it is not a person, and it does not give medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US and Canada) or your local emergency number.
Acceptable use
Do not use Diary.com to break the law, to upload content you do not have the right to share, to harass others, to share sexual content involving minors, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Family spaces and legacy
Content you share in a family space is visible to its members. Legacy releases follow the process described in the app; Diary.com does not verify deaths and is not a substitute for a will or legal advice.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Diary.com available and your data safe, and we keep backups, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
